While in El Salvador, I taught the Leadership Training Program designed to teach others how to be leaders in the Christian Ministry. I was excited to do so. However, as I was thinking about what I would teach and looking at God's Word, I noticed many leaders teaching leadership principles in the Bible. Therefore this week's podcast is on "Leaders Teaching Leadership."
